Abstract

The article deals with family in its different life periods. Only adaptation of family members to these periods and to each other enable security, personal growth and maturation. It is very important for nurses and nursing technicians to be aware of this facts, as they enter families of their patients and clients in the frames of their everyday work. Quality nursing care is only possible if they are consciously aware of their own family life.
