Keywords:
nosečnost, porod, medenično dnoAbstract
Neurological complications during labour and after delivery are described. Problems occur in hospital mainly, but are recognized later at home after discharge from department, due to diverse clinical signs. For that very reason the neurological signs are frequently misinterpreted as a result of classical obstetric complication. The most frequent problem is backache. Also more serious problems may occur, as are fecal and/or urinary incontinence and sensor and motor dysfunctions. Neurological problems may arise from all types of delivery, as well at vaginal delivery as at cesarean section. Knowledge of nevrological complication is also of importance for estimate and explain them in juridical procedure.Downloads
