Nursing care in the frames of preventive in primary health care

Cardiovascular diseases have multiple risk factors. They can be successfully prevented or postponed through changes of our lifestyles. Change of a life style is a process with its own rules and is often perpetrated by individual’s health impairment. It requires support of all healthcare staff. Team approach in primary health care provides assistance with individual needs. Health of population is a common aim of medicine and nursing. In this process, nurses play an important role. They carry out health care and health education catering for human basic needs.Downloads
