Analysis of patient and staff satisfaction in a health care institution

The article deals with the analysis of staff and patient satisfaction in a health care institution. Data gathered by means of inquiries carried out in different time periods were statistically evaluated. The results showed the level of satisfaction in the moment of the inquiry and changes in the period that follows. All the mentioned represent valuable information for the management to achieve higher quality of management.Downloads
