Resuscitation
Abstract
This paper is a reprint of the chapter on resuscitation which appeared in the book entitled Emergency Medical Care by the same author, published by the Univerzum Ljubljana in 1984. It deals with three major issues of resuscitation: when, how and how long to apply the resuscitation measures. Follows a clear and detailed presentation of the ABCD programme of Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support techniques. In conclusion the author outlines the problems arising during the resuscitation and presents the transport of patients.Downloads
