Cleaning of the hospital facilities and equipment
Abstract
Cleaning of the hospital facilities and equipment is a basic, continuous duty carried out according to the daily, weelsly and monthly schedule. To maintain the required cleanliness of the hospital facilities, furniture and equipment, the sanitary measures, either the most rigorous ones, the less strict ones or the te standard ones should be taken. The basic principles governing washing and disinfection are presented and the cleaning materials are described. Cleaning of walls, ceilings, floors, windows, lamps and other items protected with oilgloss or chrome finish, and washing of wash basins, bath tubs, toilets and upholstered furniture is described in detail and the preparing and storing of cleaning materials is presented.Downloads
