Povzetek

Uvod: Medicinske sestre pri svojem delu sodelujejo z različnimi zdravstvenimi poklici. Namen raziskave je bil preučiti, kako medicinske sestre izkusijo sodelovanje med različnimi poklici na vseh treh nivojih zdravstva in kako vidijo pomembnost medpoklicnega sodelovanja.
Metode: Uporabljena je bila kvalitativna raziskovalna metodologija. V namenski vzorec je bilo vključenih devet medicinskih sester, zaposlenih na primarnem, sekundarnem in terciarnem nivoju zdravstvene dejavnosti. Najmlajša intervjuvanka je bila stara 26 let in ima dve leti delovne dobe. Delno strukturirani individualni intervjuji so bili opravljeni decembra 2023. Za analizo podatkov je bila uporabljena metoda vsebinske analize besedila.
Rezultati: Identificirane so bile štiri tematske skupine, ki opisujejo preučevani fenomen: (1) pomen medpoklicnega sodelovanja, (2) osebna doživljanja, (3) pomembnost komunikacije v medpoklicnem sodelovanju, (4) ukrepi na področju izboljšanja medpoklicnega sodelovanja.
Diskusija in zaključek: Največja izziva medpoklicnega sodelovanja v zdravstvu sta primerna komunikacija in pomanjkanje spoštovanja predvsem med tistimi poklici, ki imajo različno stopnjo izobrazbe. Ugotovitve kažejo, da odnosi v interdisciplinarnih timih niso slabi, vendar so težave bolj izrazite med tistimi poklici, ki so na hierarhični lestvici više. Nadaljnje raziskave bi morale vključevati tudi izobraževanja o boljšem sodelovanju in komunikaciji, ki bi morala vključevati vse zdravstvene poklice, ne samo medicinske sestre.
