Working hours in the institutions of institutional care for the elderly
Abstract
The aim of the article is to present working hours as defined by the legislation, and the actual working hours in the institutions of institutional care for the elderly. On the basis of the analysis of the demographic structure of the residents of the Old people’s home Jože Primožič Miklavž and the existing human resources norms in nursing care, the authors try to show the unsuitability of the latter and the impossibility to introduce 8-hours working day for the staff.Downloads
