The model of professional supervision of quality enhancement inspecialist out patient nursing care at the University medical centre Ljubljana

.Abstract
The article presents the model of supervision of quality enhancement and its results in specialist out patient nursing care at the University Medical Centre Ljubljana with special stress on nursing care and partly also health administration as an indivisible part of holistic health care of patients. The article presents questionnaires on internal professional supervision. The goal of the model was to enhance the quality for the clients, for employees and for management by means of predetermined visits and in the form of counseling and monitoring of quality enhancement. With certain additions, the questionnaire could serve for professional, organizational and management supervision of the complete outpatient activities field: it also offers opportunities for a unified supervision system in specialist (and basic health) clinics in Slovenia.
