Abstract
We live in times of faster and faster changes and in public institutions, an ever important question is how to motivate and direct the employees for more efficient communication. Present trends suggest that in the future the success is guaranteed when leadership and cooperation will be based on trust, respect, ethics, morality and satisfaction of the employees with their personal development. Each organization is composed of people communicating among each other, trying to solve mutual problems and conflicts. Communication, problems, conflicts are a part of every organization. It is almost impossible to imagine cooperation without mutual communication of co-workers, without mutual solving of complex problems and conflicts among those who communicate and solve problems. The research study took place at the Maribor General Hospital in 2004. The subject of the research was the estimate how nurses and nursing technicians value mutual communication. The results reveal that it is estimated as comfortable. Subjects of the research study state that there are interruptions which can cause problems at work and exert and influence on interpersonal relationships.Downloads
