Abstract
Team work is one of the ways of confronting work challenges in an organization. A questionnaire was used on a group of students of 3rd year of the study of nursing care. To gain empirical results, descriptive method of research was used. The data were statistically processed by the program SPSS. It was found out that the students attitude towards team work is positive. They are able to pinpoint the differences between team and group, but they think that the leader always takes decisions. The success of team work in their opinion depends on the following: mutual trust and cooperation within a team, free flowing communication without fear from the leaders and coworkers, mutual relationships within the team, clear cut roles, knowledge of team members, and positive stimulation of success. The results are very positive and reveal that students have a positive attitude towards team work which is an imperative of modern times.Downloads
